baragat w/ long time friends

the only thorn among the roses...wara pakaopod si caloy kay may hapdos(pic was taken at rizal beach). i'm here with my long time friends(l-r): ma. vivian karen pura-bondoc(since childhood), belinda berenguer-aguirre & chona san jose-gonzalez (since freshmen days in olps minor). we went fishing at karen's fish & crab farm in the morning and the tilapias we caught were grilled for our lunch. belinda and chona also brought prime cuts of pork meat to be grilled & fresh fruits. karen was our host for the day and prepared a very sumptous pancit canton, inihaw na bangus & pepino salad from her farm. an ambag ko na asin para sawsawan san green mangoes & tomatoes, nalimotan ko pa hehehe kaya an ambag ko presensya lang hehehe!

i got a surprise visit from sano siegfred "bong/bomick" miaco just this afternoon.. he's going back to manila early tomorrow morning and a night trip back to australia.. wara lamang paka-jamming kay sibot si sano.. hope to see him again in better times maybe this december.

playing forward, i'm not a good ball handler...kaya sige lang dalagan from endcourt to endcourt...then came the opporunity of a sure shot from a fastbreak throw...kaplos an lay up ngeee! kasopog! sayang an siyak san mag-ina ko. hehehe! got startled maybe kaya wara paka shoot(palusot, gurang na ugang)

the last time i played basketball was in the early 80s when i was still inside the seminary...hamakon mo yon kaawat na palan...so the end result was a heatstroke(played only for a couple of minutes in the swelltering heat of a midnoon sun- durudismayo baga!) and hyperacidity due to stress(kasukasuka na biyo!). hehehe!

but we championed over the two other teams with the help of our center, padre egay(rector) and the other much abled and younger parents. yeheeey!
